Levels for Everyone
Each workout session will have exercises that can be altered for a beginner with minimal training experience to someone who is extremely fit and wants to be challenged. Everyone will feel the burn!
What kind of results will I see?
You have the opportunity to see changes in your body in only a few workouts. You'll increase your endurance, speed, agility, strength, and improve balance. You'll also find that you have more energy, less stress, and better health. Of course with any fitness routine, I encourage you to maintain a healthy diet to see the results faster and maintain the fitness goals you set out to achieve.
What kind of exercise does it involve?
Every workout will be different and designed to make the most of every minute you spend at The BURN! It is perfect if you have one body part you want to blast or if you want an all-out full body workout to burn as many calories as possible in one session. It is the perfect complement to your current routine and the best way to smash through a plateau!
I'm out of shape...what if I can't keep up?
The Burn is designed for anyone who wants to improve their physical fitness beginning at any level. The best part is that your fitness level doesn’t matter. I will push you out of your comfort zone and keep challenging you to reach new fitness heights. These workouts are perfect if you have never been to a gym or if you’ve been going for the last 20 years. From walking/running, jumping rope, and obstacle courses to resistant training, plyometrics, agility drills and much more, I promise you will be kept energized and excited about getting in shape!
I'm already in pretty good shape. Why should I do The BURN?
My goal as a personal trainer is to challenge each and every client to meet their individual goals. I understand how to design my workouts to make sure everyone can be challenged at their own levels, even if they are in great shape.
What should I wear/bring?
A majority of the sessions will be held indoors, however, there will be days that we will do some outdoor workouts. Always wear good supportive sneakers as well as comfortable clothing. I strongly recommend bringing a towel, yoga/exercise mat, and water bottle.
How will I know about cancelled dates?
As long as the facility is open, The BURN will be scheduled. If school is closed due to inclement weather, The BURN will also be cancelled for that day.
